So we decided to change the house at Oceanview Paradise at Chomo after all the work is done at Montreal's Haven. (slurl available under links)
We were on again for choosing what kinda house to put there. What we are looking for? Modern (like something of minimal and trendy), Glass windows (a-must to enjoy the surroundings), and the Ultimate thing to consider is it should be made out of lesser prims.
Among the houses above we chose the third prefab. That simple thing will do. Sean bought it and started positioning it on the land after taking out the red house we had and everything on it except for the trees and ledge at the corner.
There you see it besides our other land, the one with the pond on it. Sean placed it near the cliff leaving us some space more on the other side.
This is the view of it from the pond showing the back part of the house. The bed is already in place at the second floor. That's Lady Boucher's house with the smoking chimney a little below there.
The view from Myron's land showing the ledge side where the entrance of the house is. You can see Rik's house as well from the land near us.
Here we go with the painting. We agreed to have the walls painted blue. Sean placed the fireplace in there already. You can see Sean a little on this photo (ya, he's the one wearing red..lol!) and he's sitting on that corner where he placed a stool, high table and his wine dispenser, having his mini bar on that side near the glass window where he can see outside while having his beer.
So, over there will be the lounge area. That is Sean's wine dispenser after the fireplace on this side. The floor standing Japanese lamp is placed on the other corner. He mounted the TV Monitor on this wall fronting the fireplace.
The chandelier hanging near the doorway. The picture of Charles (our horse) on top of the wall by the fireplace.Choosing the right carpet. Hmm...right now we're using the one from the third photo "Autumn leaves"... ok i guess it's not nice in there..(just thought of it while typing this..hehe!)
We are quite done with the ground floor so we started fixing the bedroom. Walls are painted blue already and the ceiling the lightest of blue shade. I told him not to make the rooms bright because i want the effects of light coming from the fireplace, lamps, chandeliers and paintings. I want it a bit dim.

Shags, pillowcases and blanket from the bed were re-textured to shades of blue.
The TV extender on this wall, but this photo shows that it was huge covering that whole area space still. It was scaled down already and you can see it from a photo as we go on below this post. Green carpet isn't that nice on here so we decided to use the "autumn leaves" carpet instead.
We don't want the bedroom to be see through so i told Sean to put a one sided glass on there so like we can still see from the inside of the room the beauty outside. Sean started to decorate the house with some of our frames. He placed them by the staircase and walls. We haven't got much prims so we can't put more. Well anyways we don't want to overdo it.
Sean shopped for some bean bags which he placed by the bedroom fronting the monitor.
Okay so that one he deformed while re-texturing it...lol! or was it the original design Babe? Anyways, that will be yours...hehe!
So, down below is the entrance to our love nest...the sweetest place in Chomo...hehe! The lollipops show it so... oh i meant the lamp posts... They looked sweet though... sluurp!:P
Sean edited them and made the color lighter. Hehe! Ya, my hubby made them. The photo below Sean took a little further so you can see a little up there by the billboards is Montreal Studio. Cool, huh? We want to transfer it to that land below us but Myron is still renting it out to Linux. See how much space more we got on the other side of our land. I just hope we can have more prims.
Time to sit and relax after a tiring day. Sean created like steps connecting both our lands. Fruits, anyone? :)
